New MD brings broad experience in modular construction to Esari
Juha Kalliokulju, who will assume the position of MD on January 1, 2026, has acquired an extensive understanding of the construction industry over the course of his career.

According to Kalliokulju, Esari is currently navigating an exciting stage of market development. The company is the market leader in a growing market, where competition is intensifying. Major changes across various sectors of society are driving increased demand for equipment protection facilities, such as in energy production, security, and ICT. Esari offers high-quality e-house solutions and a comprehensive range of services for building and protecting infrastructure.
– Our main customers are in the industrial, energy, and ICT sectors. Esari continues to innovate and expand to better serve customers in Finland and the other Nordic countries. With support from the Swedish technology group Lagercrantz Group AB, we have a strong foundation for export growth. This structure and its development appealed to me, Kalliokulju says.
Proceeding with a strong vision and valuable experience
Kalliokulju feels confident he will quickly adapt to the company’s operations. First, he plans to deepen his understanding of customers, their needs, and the market. In the long-term, he aims to expand the product range for new customer segments.
Before joining Esari, Kalliokulju worked in the built environment at Cramo and Adapteo. At Adapteo, he managed sales, rental, and construction business for modular spaces and managed the Finnish business within a Northern European group. Kalliokulju’s diverse customer base included both industrial and public-sector operators, giving him broad experience across construction processes with various types of clients.
